Declared verbally by him the said Jesse Moon deceased on the fourteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and five, the same day of his decease) that it was hi will that all just debts and demands ... him should be paid out of his estate. Then the remaining part of his whole estate should be equally divided between his wife Elizabeth Moon and William Henderson her son...his wife Elizabeth moon to have one half and William Henderson her son to have the other half of his estate and at the decease of the said Elizabeth Moon then the said William Henderson....to have all the estate both moveable ....noncupative will of Jesse Moon deceased pronounced by him the the presence of each of us the subscribing witnesses on the morning previous to his decease at which time he was in his full mind and memory.
